Due to the nature of our business, all of our items are built in house, are brand new and are considered first-hand. We do not allow, nor do we use, sell or send out any second-hand products, gently used products or previously opened products. For this reason, we do not accept returns/exchanges for any reason other than manufacturer defect or damage (all defects and damage have to be inspected and approved by us).
